焊接工艺对掘进机履带架焊接影响分析
Influence analysis of welding technology on roadheader crawler frame welding
摘要
Abstract
According to the large deformation problems in welding process of road-header travel unit crawler frame,the mathematical model of welding temperature conduction and radiation was used based on finite element method.The effect of different electrode on temperature conductivity and radiation of crawler frame were researched.The results show that the termination welding temperature field distribution of J421,J422,J426 and J427 have little difference under the same welding conditions.The termination welding J422 electrode has minimal deformation of crawler frame.关键词
