Finite element analysis and dimension optimization of ZZC8800/20/38 hydraulic support of top beam
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the integral frame structure of filling hydraulic support,this paper introduced the simple analytical mechanics of filling hydraulic support frame structure.UG was adopted to design hydraulic support beams entity modeling,and Ansys Workbench was used to carry out finite element analysis on top beams.The stress distribution and displacement variation under dangerous situation was obtained based on finite element analysis.Based on the study,this paper took the quality of top beams as the objective function,the thickness of roof,the thickness and the heights of the main ribbed of top beam as design variable,and carried out optimal design on the major measurements of the top beam.ARer optimization,the main fibbed of top beam decreased 2mm,the thickness of top beam decreased 4mm,main ribbed heights increased 8mm,and its weight reduced 197.65 kg in total.In order to verify the correctness,this study completed the virtual strength test on the optimized 3D model of the top beam.The results of testing shows that top beam with load on both ends meets the requirement of strength.This study provides a theoretical basis for design and improvement of the support structure.关键词
