柴油机冷却水套数值模拟分析
Numerical simulation analysis of diesel engine cooling water jacket
摘要
Abstract
In order to design diesel engine cooling water jacket rapidly which meets the requirements,through the in-depth study for a diesel engine prototype,the experimental prototype of 3D CATIA model of cooling jacket was established,and the model was simplified under the condition that the simulation accuracy does not be affected.Simplified model was imported to the ANSYS ICEM to meshed,and the initial conditions and boundary conditions were set reasonable according to the experience data,then which was simulated and calculated by the 3D analysis software CFX.The analysis of the calculation results was used to study the pressure distribution of flow field,density distribution and heat transfer coefficient and cooling water flow rate distribution,which would provide the basis for future prototype optimization.关键词
