摘要

Abstract

The self-powered wireless sensor system was designed to monitor the working state of the shearer.We introduced the hardware circuit principle and related peripheral circuits of the whole monitoring system.The power management chip LTC3331 continually supplied power;the microcontroller MSP430F5438 was the core of system;the temperature sensor DS18B20 and the accelerometer ADXL345 were responsible for terminal data acquisition;the RF chip CC2530 collected the temperature and the vibration signal,then finished the data wireless transmission.The data were transmitted to the upper computer monitoring platform,and the data analysis and storage were achieved by this platform.
