摘要

Abstract

The dust concentration distribution in tunnel,the characteristics and compositions of KCS dust removal system are determined by measuring dust concentration in tunnel.We select splitter plate adding three rows baffle as the internal structure of the new type high efficient deduster by using numerical modeling method to analyze the internal air flow laws of roadheader deduster with different stuctures.The results of numerical simulation are verified by three field experiments,and the dust removal efficiency of new type deduster at heading end is 80%,and the dust removal efficiency within the scope of 150 m from the export can reach more than 90%,and the dust removal efficiency at positions of driver and deduster is more than 94%.
