经皮全脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of Percutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Methods A retrospective review was performed on 1143 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by Percutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery.The complications during operation and after operation were studied retrospectively and the 12th months of the follow-up were also evaluated by MacNab scores. Result The complications were found in 84 cases,with the incidence rate of 7.34%.The surgical outcomes were excellent in 470(41.1%)cases,good in 590(51.6%)cases,fair in 60(5.2%)cases with the excellent-to-good rate of 92.7%.Conclusion Percutaneous full-endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar disc herniation is reliable and effective.But,the complications are not uncommon,the surgical indication should be strictly managed,and the solutions should be prepared.关键词
