Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sinomenine on acute kidney injury in rats with sepsis.Methods 75 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,sepsis group and sinomenine,in modeling large,middle and small dose group,and after 24 h ELISA was used to test serum,urine neutrophil related lipid transport protein gelatin (NGAL),kidney injury molecule 1 (KIM-1) and the level of serum procalcitonin (PCT),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) concentration,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the sepsis group,the NGAL and KIM-1 in the large and middle dose group of sinomenine were significantly lower than those in the sepsis group,and the PCT of the large,middle and small dose group were significantly lower than those of the sepsis group,while BUN and Scr were significantly lower than those in the model group.SIN large dose group significantly improved renal pathology.Conclusions Sinomenine can effectively reduce serum and urine NGAL and KIM-1,decrease serum PCT,BUN and Scr,and play a protective role on acute kidney injury induced by sepsis.关键词
