摘要

Abstract

Recording to air enthalpy different method and liquid refrigerant mass meter method, automotive air conditioning heat exchanger performance testing bench was designed.The heat exchanger performance test equipment not only could study on the characteristics of heat transfer and resistance for auto air conditioning heat exchanger in the actual operation state of experimental, but also could test the entire air conditioner performance.In order to validate its overall performance, two experiments were performed, including the experiment of working conditions and the performance test experiment for condenser and evaporator.The processing and analysis result of the experimental data showed that the heat transfer deviations of air side and refrigerant side was less than 3 %, which would meet the requirements and the acceptance criteria.
