摘要

Abstract

The basic components, amino acids, fatty acids and the expression of three genes related to the lipid metabolism (PPARα, INSIG, SREBP) of one year old oyster Crassostrea.sikamea, C.angulata and their hybrid were determined and analyzed, respectively in this study.The results showed that the content of lipid in hybrid was (13.66±1.99)%, significantly higher than that of C.sikamea (7.56±1.17)% and C.angulata (5.94±1.88)%.PUFAω3/PUFAω6 ratio was 4.18±0.62 in hybrid, higher than that in C.sikamea (3.86±0.01) and C.angulata (3.14±0.07).The content of DHA in hybrid (16.73±3.35)% was slightly by not significantly higher than that in self-propagated parents.The EPA content of hybrid was between that of C.sikamea and C.angulata.The expression of lipid genes (PPARα, INSIG, SREBP) in some edible tissues of oysters coincided well with lipid content.The results provided a basis thatnutritional heterosis existed in hybrid.
