起重设备的嵌入式数据采集系统研究
摘要
Abstract
To establish a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for lifting equipment,the paper proposes an embedded data acquisition system for PLC data source and introduces design ideas of the software and hardware.The data acquisition system of lifting equipment carries Siemens PLC,adopts the cortex-A9 chip and embedded Linux operating system,and takes Freescale i.Mx6q chip as its core,making it capable of data acquisition,storage and forwarding through Siemens FETCH/WRITE communication protocol of Ethernet.Now the system has been successfully applied in industrial site.关键词
