Abstract
To solve the problem of uneven stress on the tension bar of port cranes,the paper proposes a scheme for adjusting the stress.As specified in the scheme,during the installation of tension bars,the bar and beam are connected by the double-end stud,on which a hollow hydraulic cylinder is mounted,and a pressure gage connected with the hollow hydraulic cylinder is designed to show the stress on tension bars in real time.Moreover,stress on tension bar can be adjusted through regulating the nut on the double-end stud to ensure even stress on the tension bar.关键词
