改良外侧弧形小切口人工全髋关节置换术的临床研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of modified lateral small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty.Methods: From January 2012 to November 2014, 53 patients with hip diseases were treated as the control group.From January 2015 to December 2016, 34 patients with hip diseases were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated by traditional surgical methods, The observation group using modified lateral small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty.The therapeutic effect, bleeding volume, operation time, length of hospital stay, incision length and complication were compared between the two groups.Results:(1) Compared with the control group, the average operative time (153.59 ± 9.00min) was significantly shorter, the incision length (9.06 ± 1.0cm) was significantly shorter, the average intraoperative blood loss (462.50 ± 0.90ml) was significantly less (9.5 ± 1.5 days) was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05).The mean time of hospitalization was (9.5 ± 1.5 days) and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(2) Compared with the control group (95.48%), the effective rate (100%) of the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05).(3) The complication rate was 20.69% in the control group and 2.94% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).(4) Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower, the two groups of patients at different time points after the VAS score was significantly different, P <0.05.Conclusion: 1.In the mastery of artificial hip arthroplasty under the premise of small incision does not require special equipment to complete the operation.2.Small incision total hip arthroplasty to reduce the scope of trauma, bleeding less, more conducive to postoperative recovery, patients with easy to accept, easy to clinical development and so on.3.The choice of small incision should pay attention to its surgical indications and prone to complications.关键词
