摘要

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application value of MSCT multi planar reconstruction technique in the occult fracture of rib.Methods: In 35 cases of X-ray occult patients with chest trauma rib fracture repeated CT axial thin slice images and sagittal reconstruction images were retrospectively analyzed,Record the number, location and shape of fractures;CT was used as diagnostic criteria in 2 ~ 4 weeks.The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT axial thin slice images combined with coronal sagittal reconstruction and simple thin layer axial images in the diagnosis of occult rib fracture was compared.Results: Review CT image diagnosis of 35 cases with rib fractures (58 fractures),the axial images combined with coronal and sagittal reconstruction was 58, simple thin layer axial image detection 50(missed 8), the two contrast is statistically significant (P<0.05)..Fracture site was more common in the anterior rib (28), axillary region (16), and posterior rib (14).The collected cases had 23 complete fracture of rib and 35 of incomplete fracture,CT features showed cortical folds (18), cortical tilt (12) and increased bone density (5).This site is seen most frequently in the anterior rib rib fracture X-ray negative group, with the most common cortical folds.Conclusion: MSCT thin layer axial images combined with coronal sagittal reconstruction technique is simple and easy, it shows that the number of fractures, location and classification, can improve the diagnostic accuracy of occult fracture.
