关节镜下成形全内缝合术在半月板损伤中的应用效果观察

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application effect of arthroscopic meniscoplasty and all-inside suture technique in treatment of meniscus injury, and to provide scientific data for the treatment of patients with meniscus injury.Methods: The clinical data of 79 patients with meniscus injury admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 in were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated by arthroscopic surgery.After 10 months of follow-up, were statistically analyzed in patients with meniscus injury underwent arthroscopic suture forming before and after the knee joint, Lysholm knee score, IKDC score and the excellent rate of postoperative knee joint parameters using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: The activity of knee joint: suture forming under arthroscope, 79 cases of patients with meniscus injury activity (120 ± 10) degrees;forming after arthroscopic suture, 79 cases of meniscus injury activity (134 ± 8) degrees;the Lysholm knee score: arthroscopic suture forming before the knee joint of 79 patients with meniscus injury score (50 ± 8);suture forming after arthroscopic knee joint of 79 patients with meniscus injury score (84 ± 3);the IKDC score: arthroscopic suture forming, meniscus injury in 79 cases of patients with IKDC score (66 ± 6);suture forming after arthroscopic IKDC in 79 patients with meniscus injury score (87 ± 7);88.61% excellent rate of knee joint after operation (70/79).The knee joint motion degree, Lysholm knee score, IKDC score before and after arthroscopic surgery were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of arthroscopic suture in the meniscus injury has significant effect, can significantly improve the patient's knee joint mobility, Lysholm knee score, IKDC score and postoperative excellent rate, etc.关键词
