Abstract
Objective: The early functional recovery of the knee joint after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with autologous hamstring tendon was observed and analyzed.Methods: 60 cases of anterior cruciate ligament rupture were retrospectively analyzed from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital.The anterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed in 30 patients (observer group) and the stump was removed 30 cases of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (control group), the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament were selected as autograft hamstring tendon, femoral buttonhole steel plate hanging suspension, the tibial side with biological interface screw fixation.The objective stability assessment (lachman test, KT-2000 measurement), knee function score (IKDC and Lysholm and Tegner score) were observed in preoperative, postoperative and regular follow-up.The patients were examined by secondary microscopic examination for synovial coverage and blood vessel creep, and the body angle was repeated in one year later after operation.Results: All the patients were followed up for 12-24 months (mean 17.6 months).At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after operation and at the end of follow-up, the Lachman test, axial shift test and drawer test were all negative in the two groups after operation, and the difference was significant between the two groups (P>0.05).There were significant differences in Lysholm, IKDC and Tegner scores between the two groups (P <0.05).At 12 months and at the last follow-up, there was no significant difference in the stability of knee joint between the two groups (P> 0.05).The differences of KT-2000 between the two groups were less than 3mm (P <0.05), and the angle of the proprioceptive angle was not significantly different (P> 0.05) The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).Reconstruction of the cruciate ligament and the vascular abundance of the cruciate ligament were better than the stump cleaning group.Conclusions: Retention of the anterior cruciate ligament with anterior cruciate ligament can restore knee stability, exercise capacity and proprioceptive recovery, and the early functional recovery of the knee joint is better than nonreserved stump reconstruction.关键词
