Abstract
Objective:to explore the clinical effect and safety of small incision limited internal fixation for the treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods: From 2013-06 to 2015-06 in our hospital treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures in 110 patients, were randomly divided into study group and control group, study group were treated by small incision limited internal fixation, the reference group for type L incision internal fixation for calcaneal lateral, safety of the two groups were compared clinical effects and treatment.Resuilts: The study group of patients with Bohler angle recovery, the recovery of Gissane angle and foot score had no significant difference with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), study group patients in time and hospital expenses are better than the control group, and the discomfort symptoms were significantly less than the control group, there was statistical the statistical value of these differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion: For the treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures, choose small incision limited internal fixation method, can reduce the occurrence of postoperative discomfort, shorten treatment time, reduce the economic burden of the patients, and to achieve the same or even better treatment effect, recommended clinical widely used.关键词
