Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical outcome of the percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty combined with acupotomy for treatment of cervical disc herniation.Methods: Fifty-five patients suffered from cervical disc herniation were treated with percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty combined acupotomy therapy.The clinical outcome was quantified by the modified Macnab standard and VAS.Results: The VAS at the time of the last follow-up were significantly lower than that of preoperative (P <0.01),which were 1.53±0.49 and 8.26±0.84 respectively.The clinical curative effect were excellent in 35 cases, good in 15 cases, general in 3 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 90.91% according to modified macnab evaluation standard.There were no recurrent cases or complications in this series.Conclusion: The percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty combined acupotomy therapy in the treatment of cervical disc herniation has good curative effect, it is worthy of promotion.关键词
