中药洗剂配合体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床研究
Herb Lotion Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy in theTreatment of Lateral Epicondylitis

Abstract
Objective: To explore effective and applicable methods of Chinese and western in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis.Methods: 138 cases of lateral epicondylitis patients was divided two random groups: extracorporeal shock wave treatment group;Impact affected Chinese medicine lotion in treatment group.Use of the clinical curative effect judgment standard and VAS (Visual Analogue Scale)scores to evaluate the effect of two groups of treatment.Results: The average follow-up of 3.7 months, Efficiency of extracorporeal shock wave treatment group was 73.91%, Efficiency of shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion for treating group was 89.86%, two groups of corrected x 2 test(x 2 =5.91, P<0.05), extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group clinical efficiency was superior to the simple use of extracorporeal shock first time and at the time of the last follow-up visual analog pain score (VAS) score, VAS score and comparing the two groups before and after the treatment by t test(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using the method of traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with extracorporeal shock wave, can be more effective in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis关键词
