足趾游离移植再造拇指19例临床分析

Abstract
Objective: To discuss Clinical analysis following humb reconstruction with toe transplantation.Methods: Between 2008-2015,19 patients of thumb reconstruction with the second toe transplantation and wrap-around flap transplantation.Results: All cases of thumb reconstruction were operated successfully , three cases were discovered abnormal blood vessel(15.79%) in operation, one had arterial occlusion postoperative and survived after salvage operations.With a follow-up of 3-24 months, good shape and functional rehabilitation of thumb reconstruction was present.Conclusions: We can achieve good shape and functional rehabilitation of humb reconstruction with toe transplantation, and propose effective methods about the design of surgery program and indication of operation and management of abnormal blood vessel.关键词
