Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the skin flap with natural skin branch to repair the pulp defect of pulp.Methods:43patients with 47-finger pulp defect were retrospectively analyzed.43 patients were randomly divided into study group (24 fingers) and control group (23 fingers).In the study group, the skin flap was repaired with native arterial island skin flap.After treatment, the shape of the fingers, functional recovery and patient satisfaction were observed.Results: The incidence of scar contracture and pigmentation in the study group was 4.1% and 8.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.4% vs 39.1%, P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (95.9%) and 69.5% (P <0.05), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (95.9% vs.69.5%, P <0.05), while the treatment satisfaction was 95.8%.Conclusion:Refers to the inherent skin branch Island skin flap has the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, no sacrifice to the innate blood vessels and nerves, high survival rate of the flap and good appearance.It is a good method to repair the soft tissue defect of the pulp of the fingers, which is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
