Abstract
Objective: To study the rhubarb powder in treatment of constipation in patients with orthopaedic old bed tuning the application effects of alcohol apply CV 8 point.Methods: This study included in the object from the April 2014-June 2015 in our hospital orthopaedic in elderly patients with constipation in bed a random sample of 83 cases.The above 83 cases of bone in elderly patients with constipation in bed 41 cases were randomly divided into normal group and apply the acupuncture point group of 42 cases.Regular group USES open plug plug anus, regular diet, activity intervention, etc., apply acupuncture point group based on diet, activity intervention using rhubarb powder alcohol apply CV 8 point.(1) the rate of constipation relief;(2) constipation relief time, hospitalization days, (3) the intervention before and after intervention in patients with constipation symptom scores, the differences between the quality of life score.Results: (1) Apply the acupuncture point group compared with usual constipation remission rate is higher, P < 0.05;(2) apply the acupuncture point group compared with usual constipation relief time and hospitalization days shorter, P < 0.05;(3) two groups of constipation symptom scores before intervention, quality of life scores are similar, P > 0.05;Apply after intervention point group compared with usual constipation symptom score, quality of life score improved more significantly, P < 0.05).Conclusion: Rhubarb powder in treatment of constipation in patients with orthopaedic old bed tuning the application effects of alcohol apply CV 8 point exactly, can effectively relieve constipation symptoms, improve patient quality of life, shorten hospitalization time, worthy of promotion.关键词
