某军队三甲医院骨科住院军事人员疾病谱分析
The Orthopedics Disease Spectrum Analysis of Military Personnel in anArmy Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the five-year orthopedics diseases composition and treatment of military personnel in a military hospital.Methods: To investigate the medical records (ICD-10) from 2011 to 2016, and register the demographic data, career background, course of disease, admission pathway, length of stay (LOS), diagnosis, and treatment.Results: The top three of orthopedics disease spectrum were bone trauma, cervical spondylosis, and lumbar spine disease, and the total constituent ratio was 60.47%.The significant difference of age were existed in the disease spectrum (P<0.01).The period of 21-30 years old was the first place of overall prevalence rate.The total treatment effective rate was 90.83% in all orthopedics diseases.Conclusion: The orthopedics disease prevalence rate of military peasonnel is exceptional.The medical and human resources are redeployed reasonably in orthopedics department of army hospital.关键词
