Abstract
Objective: To study the treatment of femoral neck fractures in patients with an effective treatment method.Methods: From January 2014 to June 2016 96 cases of femoral neck in elderly patients admitted to our hospital as the research object, according to the random number method, 96 patients were divided into two groups of patients underwent surgery, a group 48 cases with conventional care, another group of 48 patients with perioperative care, complication rates between the two groups, fracture healing time, hospitalization time.Results: The fracture healing time was significantly less than the control group, the observation group than the control group hospitalization time, between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05);the observation group complication rate was 6.25% in the control group, the incidence of complications 18.75% in the observation group the incidence of complications was significantly less than the control group, between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: The elderly patients with femoral neck fracture underwent surgery process, to ensure effective perioperative care, can significantly promote the clinical rehabilitation of elderly patients and reduce healing time and hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, clinical treatment of patients having important role, should be widely applied.关键词
