Abstract
Objective: To explore the calcaneal fractures open reduction and plate internal fixation applied to strengthen postoperative nursing intervention of clinical care effect and the influence of early rehabilitation adherence.Methods: Using the grouping of lottery in our hospital in January 2014 to January 2016, 66 patients with calcaneal fractures were treated during the grouping study, namely the control group and experimental group, for a nursing team, every 33 patients nursing patients with routine nursing was applied to the control group, and on the basis of general nursing patients with strengthening nursing applied in the experimental group, after the nursing effect of different nursing will be 2 groups of patients compared and analyzed.Results: Compared with control group, experimental group patients foot was significantly higher, Maryland scored significantly higher on average, significantly higher satisfaction nursing, the difference of both P < 0.05, there is statistically significant.Conclusion: In calcaneal fractures after open reduction and plate internal fixation applied to strengthen the nursing intervention has obvious effect, is worth popularizing application in clinical nursing.关键词
