外源NaHS对盐胁迫下板栗幼苗的缓解效应
Alleviation Effect of Exogenous Sodium Hydrosulfide on Chestnut Seedlings under Salt Stress

Abstract
In order to study the alleviation effect of exogenous hydrogen sulfide on chestnut seedlings under salt stress,using two years old chestnut 'Hongli 2' seedlings as materials, the effects of different concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mmol·L-1) of sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) on the photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content, proline content and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of chestnut leaves were investigated under 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress.The results showed that spraying exogenous NaHS could alleviate the damage caused by salt stress on the leaves of chestnut seedlings in different degrees.Compared with 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl treatments,the chlorophyll and proline content increased, MDA content significantly dropped,which effectively reduced the damage of cell membrane under salt stress and improved the adaptability of chestnut to saline environment.In addition, the NaHS dosage influenced the alleviation effect obviously, and 0.5 mmol·L-1 and 1.0 mmol·L-1 NaHS had better alleviation effect.关键词
