摘要

Abstract

Soil heavy metal pollution caused by exploitation of nonferrous metalmine has become a severe environment problem.Pb, Zn and Cd in soil surrounding a lead and zinc smelter in Huize were measured and analyzed statistically, and the pollution status was evaluated through applying Nemerow multi-factor index method and potential ecological risk index method.The results were as follows.(1) The average contents of Pb, Zn and Cd were 1 161.07, 2 374.31 and 20.28 mg/kg respectively, which were 30.26, 31.78 and 34.96 times of the background value in the local soil.(2) The single pollution indexes of Pb, Zn and Cd were 2.32, 4.75 and 20.28 respectively, so the fist one reached the level of common pollution and the other two reached the level of heavy pollution.The average comprehensive pollution index was 15.75, which reached the level of heavy pollution.(3) The ecological risk coefficients were 151.3, 31.8 and 1 049.1 respectively, and the pollution levels were intense, slight and extreme.The average ecological risk index was 1 232.2 with the extreme level of pollution.
