Abstract
Based on the field investigation and analysis of relative materials, this paper makes a statistics on the type, surrounding land-use and traffic facilities of the 288 stations of Shanghai rail transit which were put to use before January, 2015. This paper analyses the problems of Shanghai rail transit in two levels of policy and development, combining with the research of new relevant policies such as to activate land stock, to build a global city and to promote the comprehensive development and utilization of rail transit station and surrounding land, together with the references of the successful experiences of Hong Kong MTRC. Finally, it is suggested that in the short term stations of the independent type can be transformed and the passageway type can be vigorously developed. In the long term , top-head type must be actively explored.关键词
