山地土壤养分与酿酒葡萄品质的分析
Analysis on hillside soil nutrition and wine-grape berries quality
摘要
Abstract
In order to further improve the yield and quality of mountainous wine-grape berries,experiments were carried out with different grapery soil nutrition and berry qualities from Xiangning region of Shanxi province by physico-chemical and spectrum analysis.The results showed that soil pH were more than 8.0,belonging to alkaline soil;the terrain conditions with different degree could affect the macronutrients and micronutrients in soils;the sugar acid ratio of all grape berries were more than 20,being with better ripeness;compared with grape berries from slope land,the phenolic contents in valley and fiat land vineyard were higher,so different terrain conditions had certain effect on the phenolic contents of grape berries,but the influence was inconsistent with different grape varieties;soil organic materials,total N,available P,available K,available Cu,available Fe,exchangeable Ca and exchangeable Mg contents were remarkable correlation with phenolic content of grape berries,especially for total N and total anthocyanin,both correlation was very significant.The rational fertilization techniques in mountain region should be on the basis of plentiful-lack index in soil nutrition and proper nutrition ratios,and of their correlations between soil nutrition index and berries quality indices.关键词
