摘要

Abstract

The effects of different priming factors,such as temperature,time,moisture and osmotic pressure,on the seed germination of pepper and eggplant were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the solid matrix priming and osmopriming were 15 ℃,80% moisture content,5 d and 15 ℃,-1.5 Mpa KNO3,24 h,respectively;The germination potential,germination index and vitality index of pepper and eggplant seeds increased significantly;And the effect of solid matrix priming was better than that of osmo-priming.
