我国食用菌标准体系现状解析及对策
The status quo analysis and proposals of China's edible fungi standards system
摘要
Abstract
This article organizes and analyzes the current national standards system of edible fungi in terms of culture mediums,strains,production techniques,processing,storage and transportation,finds that those standards are not systematical and have some overlap and defect though their number are not small,and therefore suggests that the programme of edible fungi standards system be strengthened,the existing standards be sorted out and integrated,and some much-needed standards be formulated as soon as possible according to the principle of giving priority to universality and supplementing particularity.关键词
