显微手术治疗脑干及围脑干肿瘤80例临床观察
Clinical analysis of microsurgical treatment of brainstem and brainstem tumors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the method and clinical effect of microsurgery for resection of brain stem and brainstem tumors.Methods:130 patients with brain stem and brainstem tumors were divided into two groups according to different treatment Methods:the operation group (n=80) was treated by microsurgery, and the control group (n=50) was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the operation group was 87.50% higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) (62%).Conclusion:The operation of microsurgery in the department of neurosurgery can effectively treat the brain stem and the brain stem tumor, but it is necessary to choose the surgical indications and the surgical approach correctly.关键词
