Abstract
Objective:To investigate arthroscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:40 ankle arthritis patients were randomly divided into experimental group (20) and control group (20).The experimental group were treated with arthroscopic surgical treatment and the control group were treated by traditional drug.Clinical outcomes of patients before and after treatment relapse rate and joint capsule swelling, ankle dorsiflexion, plantar flexion activity and AOFAS ankle and full score differences would be compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the two group were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The average day of treatment and the recurrence rate between the two groups were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The ankle joint and dorsiflexion of the ankle joint, the plantar flexion activity and the ankle and hindfoot scores of AOFAS were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Description arthroscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis have a better therapeutic effect, and the recurrence rate, clinical can be widely used.关键词
