内平动分度凸轮机构扭转刚度及其部分影响因素分析
Factors Influencing the Torsional Stiffness of Inner Parallel Indexing Cam Mechanism

Abstract
Taking inner parallel indexing cam mechanism as research object,a torsion stiffenss test platform was set up and the torsion stiffness test was conducted.A 3D transmission structure model of the mechanism with different rotation angles was constructed according to the structural characteristics of the mechamism.The internal bearing stiffness of the mechanism was modeled.A finite element analysis model which deals with the nonlinear bearing stiffness and meshing state between the cam and pins was constructed by using ANSYS.The simulation and experimental results show that the nonlinear bearing stiffness and meshing state between the cam and pins are the main factors influencing torsional stiffness.关键词
