云南思茅松碳汇造林项目减排量、经济价值及其敏感性分析
Analysis on the China Certified Emission Reductions, Economic Value and Its Sensitivity of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis Afforestation Project in Yunnan Province

Abstract
The china certified emission reduction (CCER) and its valued of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis afforestation project in Yunnan Province were to be measured by using the methodology of carbon sink reforestation and the improved NPV.And then,the sensitivity of the value were also be empirical tested under different environment scenario.The results indicated that:(1) Under the current technical conditions,the emission-reduction effect of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis afforestation project in Yunnan Province is pronounced.Specifically,the annual average and cumulative amount of CERs per unit area were 7.0 t·hm-2 and 140.9 t·hm-2,while the project area were 55 766 t and 1 115 317 t,respectively;(2) Under the current market conditions,the trading of CERs can improve the economic benefits of the project owners;however the economic value of CERs per unit area is relatively low.In particular,the annual average and cumulative value of CERs of the project area was up to 423 thousand yuan and 8.46 million yuan,while the value of per unit area only were 50 yuan and 1 040 yuan;And (3) from different value evaluation index,the economic value of CERs of the project is not only sensitive to the change of carbon emission-reduction intensity in long operation period of forestry carbon sequestration projects,but also sensitive to the changes of market environment such as carbon price,discount rate.In order to give full play to the emission reduction effect of forestry activities,the government departments should guide the farmers limited forest land scale to cooperate in the development of forestry carbon sequestration project and explore on the cooperative development model which suitable for farmers to participate in;At the same time,technology of carbon sequestration afforestation and the level of forest management should also be strengthened in the future by the forestry enterprises;Moreover,the sensitivity and vigilance on the price fluctuation of the carbon market and its driving factors should also be improved,and prevention of carbon emission from forest fires.关键词
