摘要

Abstract

Recognized oxide arrester at home and abroad,effective detection method is to use the wired way from voltage signal through the resistance current method or PT phase Angle difference detection,but most of the actual distance and the substation lightning arrester installation position,it is difficult to get the voltage signal.Due to direct the resistance current method or phase Angle difference method is adopted to test the performance of surge arrester need voltage phase signal,and voltage phase signals cannot be gotten directly from the high tension line the road.Using the traditional test method for testing the performance of the lightning arrester is difficult.Through the experimental study and theoretical analysis,the method of non-contact way for high voltage transmission line voltage and phase signalwas proposedbased on the field intensity.Anddata were readthrough the handheld remote.
