气质联用法测定和田玉枣中脂肪酸
Determination of The Fatty Acids from Hetian Jade Jujube by GC/MS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The analysis method of fatty acid from Hetian jade jujube is established by GC/MS.[Methods] After the dryed samples were freezed by the liquid nitrogen method,then those were were shattered and extracted by diethyl ether.Then the samples were esterified methyl,the fatty acid composition was analysed by GC/MS.[Results] The result showed that 8 kinds of fatty acid are contained,such as:Lauric acid,Myristic acid,Palmitic acid,Stearic acid,Oleic acid,Linoleic acid,Linol enic acid,Arachidic acid.[Conclusion] This mothod is a simple and quick method to determine fatty acids in Hetian jade jujube.关键词
