黏度法研究牛血清白蛋白的构象
Conformation of Bovine Serum Albumin Studied with Viscometric Method
摘要
Abstract
The viscosities of bovine serum albuminin (BSA) in different pH buffers were measured using Ubbelohde capillary viscometer,and the data were evaluated by Wolf equation to describe the composition dependences of BSA.The intrinsic viscosities ([η]) of BSA under different pH were correlated with its conformation,and the composition dependences of specific intrinsic viscosities ({ η}) of BSA were carefully analyzed.Our results indicate that the new viscometric method can be applied in the study of conformation and solution properties of spherical protein.关键词
