摘要

Abstract

Objective To select the optimum molding process of Shengmaisan Formula Granule.Methods The optimum volatile oil inclusion process was selected by orthogonal test,with volatile oil inclusion rate and inclusion yield as the indexes,and the type and amount of excipients for molding formula granule by dry granulation and comprehensive score,with granule forming rate,dissolution rate and moisture absorption as indexes;the critical relative moisture of formula granule was investigated to determine the environmental humidity requirements for granulation and packaging.Results The optimum volatile oil inclusion process was β-cyclodextrin ∶ volatile oil =6(g)∶ 1 (ml);inclusion temperature:30 ℃;ultrasonic inclusion:45 min;thus volatile oil inclusion complex was obtained.In the environment with relative humidity lower than 62%,Shengmaisan Formula Granule was obtained by mixing the granule,which was prepared by dry extract ∶ dextrin =5∶1,adding dextrin and by dry granulation (principal pressure 4.5-5.0 MPa and lateral pressure 0.25-0.30 MPa),with the volatile oil inclusion complex.Conclusion The molding process is reasonable,stable and feasible,and can provide scientific basis for mass production.
