摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of nasal endoscopic microwave and laser in the treatment of epistaxis.Methods A total of 80 patients with epistaxis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into microwave group and laser group.The microwave group was treated with nasal endoscopic microwave and the laser group with endoscopic laser.The intraoperative blood loss,hemostatic time and effects between the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate (ORR) in microwave group was 92.50％,which was significantly higher than that (75.00％) in the laser group (P ＜ 0.05);the intraoperative blood loss and hemostasis time in the microwave group were significantly less and shorter than those in the laser group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic microwave can effectively reduce the intraoperative blood loss and shorten hemostasis time,and has better effect than laser on the treatment of epistaxis.关键词
