Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and its impacts on serum GAS and plasma MOT of patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our department were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(n=53,respectively).The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules and the observation group with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Kangfuxin Liquid.The clinical symptom score,efficacy and serum GAS and plasma MOT levels between the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the clinical symptom score in the two groups decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and the clinical symptom score in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05);the post-treatment efficacy and endoscopic effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the post-treatment serum GAS and plasma MOT levels in the two groups increased greatly,and these levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can significantly improve the clinical symptom of patients with reflux esophagitis,promote the healing of esophageal mucosa,improve the serum GAS and plasma MOT levels of patients and greatly improve the effects.关键词
