Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of clindamycin on infection prevention before and after painless abortion and explore the best time for the administration of clindamycin during painless abortion.Methods A total of 600 patients to receive painless abortion in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with clindamycin 600 mg by intravenous drip after the operation,while the experiment group was treated with clindamycin 600 mg by intravenous drip 60 min before the operation.The postoperative infection rate between the two groups was compared.Results The infection rate (0.33％) after abortion in the experiment group was significantly lower than that (4.33％) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Intravenous drip of clindamycin 60 min before painless visual abortion can effectively prevent post-abortion infection.Thus it is the best time to prevent post-abortion infection.关键词
