摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the serum interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) and its receptor in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From April 2015 to May 2016, 65 cases in department of Neurology of the Third Hospital of Anshan City of Liaoning Province were enrolled as study object.At the same time, according to different GCS score, they were divided into group A (27 cases), group B (24 cases), and group C (14 cases).In addition, according to different ADL scores, they were divided into subgroupⅠ(29 cases), subgroup Ⅱ (24 cases), subgroup Ⅲ (12 cases), take another 65 cases of normal physical examination for the same period as the control group.Comparative analysis of IL-6, TRAIL levels, and did correlation analysis.Results The observation group's IL-6 and TRAIL levels respectively were (22.81±9.82) ng/L and (3.12±1.04) ng/ml, which were significantly higher than that of control group (13.44±2.47) ng/L and (1.61±0.53) ng/ml (all P<0.05).With GCS score increased, peripheral blood IL-6 in group A,group B, and group C were raised gradually, the TRAIL level were statistically significant differences (all P<0.05).With the gradual increase of GCS score, IL-6 and TRAIL levels in peripheral blood of patients in group A, group B and group C were gradually increased, the difference was statistically significant (F=7.382,6.372,P<0.05).With the gradual increase of ADL score, the levels of IL-6 and TRAIL in peripheral blood of patients in group I, group II and group III were gradually decreased, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between GCS score and IL-6, TRAIL (F=7.382,6.372,P<0.05) in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.There was a significant negative correlation between ADL score and IL-6, TRAIL (r=-0.643,r=-0.619, all P=0.000).Conclusion The detection of IL-6 and TRAIL expression level in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively evaluate the severity and prognosis of the patients.关键词
