摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of Meta in patients with clinical analysis of Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of coronary heart disease patients after PCI and safety,through the clinical value of capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients after PCI Xinluo analysis,provide support and evidence.Methods using computer retrieval of the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database VIP database and questionnaire China biomedical literature database and Wanfang database for randomized controlled trials,the data selection,table related evaluation work amount by Jadad.Results after Meta analysis,the corresponding treatment,the experimental group of patients with angina symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement was significantly better than the control group,the control group of patients with restenosis rate and the incidence of acute myocardial infarction and again and the incidence of PCI was significantly lower than that of the patients in the experimental group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can improve the clinical treatment effect to a large extent,can play a role in regulating the level of inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
