摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neurological score in the treatment of children with brain injury.Methods select our hospital 65 cases of brain injury were selected as the study group,the same period in our hospital 65 cases of healthy neonates in control group.Results the study group of children born at 1 weeks of abnormal neurological score percentage higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),was born at 4 weeks and the control group of abnormal neurological score percentage were significantly decreased;birth at 1 weeks,the control group was significantly higher than that of group neurological score(P<0.05),two groups of newborns in sitting,climbing,sitting balance and parachute time no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion the neurological assessment of the early neonatal brain health score,contribute to the treatment of early intervention of infants with brain injury in the nervous system to promote better development.关键词
