Abstract
purpose the ganglioside and application value of ivig in severe viral encephalitis in children were discussed.Method take me in January 2015 to October 2016 were 60 cases of children with severe viral encephalitis in children as the research object.Implementation is divided into two groups,30 cases underwent conventional treatment,is set to the control group;30 cases underwent combined ganglioside and ivig treatment at the same time,set as the experimental group.The observed two groups of children with treatment,the curative effect of patient and the change of symptoms and signs were analyzed and compared.Results the total effective rate is higher,and the control group data difference obvious,confirmed that there is statistical significance,P<0.05;Experimental group of symptoms and signs disappeared time is shorter,clear difference with the control group data,confirmed that there is statistical significance,P<0.05;Experimental group of eeg abnormal rate is low,clear difference with the control group data,confirmed that there is statistical significance,P<0.05.Two groups of children with mild adverse reactions.Conclusion children with severe viral encephalitis for children to implement ganglioside and ivig treatment,effect is exact,for children with symptoms and signs,and related indicators improved significantly.关键词
