摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early tangential excision and skin grafting in the treatment of deep burn wounds in the dorsum of hand.Methods analysis of the back of the hand deep burn patients clinical data objects from the 2015-2017 period in our hospital for treatment,all patients underwent tangential excision treatment,extracted from 50 cases and the time difference according to the treatment of patients with 25 cases in each group were randomly divided into control group(traditional tangential excision treatment)and the observation group(received tangential excision surgery within 24 hours after injury).The clinical data of patients with different timing of treatment were analyzed retrospectively,and the application value of early tangential excision and skin grafting in the treatment of deep burn wounds in the dorsum of hand was summarized.Results the survival rate were recorded,2 groups of patients after skin flap infection rate and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly superior to the data processing,the variance with statistical software,P<0.05;the follow-up period was significantly better than the control group to observe the recovery of hand function groups,differences by statistical software processing,P<0.05.Conclusion the patients with deep burn should hand back in the early stage of the injury after 24 hours to take timely treatment intervention by tangential excision and removal of necrotic tissue and maximize the chances of survival of skin flap,avoid induced wound infection,positive impact on the patients' physiological and economic have better recovery of hand function of patients,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
