Abstract
Objective To study the effect of motherwort injection and oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage and coagulation indexes in patients with cesarean section.Methods the January 2015-2017 year in January the clinical trial of obstetric deliveries in our hospital 80 cases of cesarean section patients,and randomly grouped(40 cases / group),group I underwent treatment of oxytocin after fetal delivery,group II in the administration and use of motherwort injection push note,observation and assessment of bleeding in two groups of different treatment time of blood coagulation,postpartum 2H and 24h.Results before treatment,two groups were detected,PT received TT and APTT were compared with the measured results,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),after treatment,group II except the TT index,the index of coagulation function compared to group I were significantly improved,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).In the postpartum hemorrhage rate of 2H and 24h,both groups were significantly reduced,compared with the first group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion cesarean section patients with motherwort injection and oxytocin treatment,can effectively improve the patient's coagulation function,play a role in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,it is necessary to strengthen the promotion.关键词
