循证护理在血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者中的应用价值研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective to explore the evidence-based nursing in the patients with thromboangiitis obliterans application value.Methods randomly selected from our hospital vasculitis branch in January 2008 a December 2016 156 cases of hospitalized patients with thromboangiitis obliterans analysis research.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups all the 78 cases,control group patients with routine nursing,the observation group of patients the implementation of evidence-based nursing interventions.Results the observation group of patients after evidence-based nursing in the incidence of complications,length of hospital stay and patients' satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,significant difference.Conclusion to apply evidence-based nursing in the treatment of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients in the process,reduce the risk in patients with complications,accelerate the process of the recovery of the patients,improve patient satisfaction,has wide popularization value in clinic.关键词
