急性肾功能衰竭时肾刺穿活检的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To study the methods and results of renal biopsy in patients with acute renal failure.Methods 28 cases of acute renal failure were selected from January 2014-2016 year in January in our hospital and confirmed by renal biopsy(ARF)as the research object,review method and test results of the analysis of all patients with renal biopsy.Results 28 patients after the puncture,there were 1 cases of patients with massive bleeding after puncture,after treatment to normal.This group of 28 patients after renal biopsy for histological examination were diagnosed,the patients with glomerular diseases accounted for the majority,a total of 10 cases,accounting for about 35.71%;the number of patients with kidney disease quality of 5 cases,accounting for about 17.86% of patients with renal disease;a total of 3 cases,accounting for about 10.71% of combined glomerular and renal interstitial or renal tubular disease in patients with a total of 4 cases,accounting for about 14.29%;hypertensive renal damage or concomitant acute renal tubular necrosis in patients with a total of 3 cases,accounting for about 10.71%;secondary systemic disease with renal impairment was 2 cases,accounting for about 7.14% of cyclosporine nephropathy patients in 1 cases.About 3.58%.Conclusion it is an important significance for diagnosis of renal biopsy in patients with AFR,but need to do the preparatory work before the operation,and strictly control the indications and contraindications,close observation of the patient's condition changes,in order to ensure the success of renal biopsy.关键词
