摘要
Abstract
Objective to analysis the hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide cable joint huangqi injection for the clinical curative effect of copd.Methods from December 2015 to December 2016 in copd patients admitted to our hospital to select 90 cases as the research object,according to the treatment plan is divided into the conventional treatment mode of the control group(45 cases)and on the basis of conventional treatment long to join the hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine and astragalus injection combined treatment group(45 cases),respectively on two groups before and after making a second hard breathing volume(FEV1)and the treatment effectiveness,the recurrence rate,and so on and so forth than observing and comparing.Results on the basis of conventional solutions,to join the hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide with astragalus membranaceus injection therapy group the FEV1 index rise significantly higher than that of conventional treatment control group(p<0.05).Also observed group,all indexes such as efficient,recurrence,treatment is also significantly due to the control group,the treatment of related indicators were significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment for copd,to join the hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine and astragalus injection combined treatment can effectively strengthen the curative effect,reduce recurrence,is worth promoting.关键词
